Andrew Balio beats Matt Sonneborn over the head.  They've always been very competitive.  Matt is principal trumpet with the Naples Philharmonic in Florida and Andrew is principal trumpet with the Israel Philharmonic.	Naoki Inoue, Katsutoshi Kameshima, Eiji Kimura, and Koji Motomura show off their Monette trumpets after a concert in Hiroshima, Japan.  Naoki, Katsutoshi and Koji have all studied with Charlie Schlueter.

Monette bell maker Dan Haswell and client, Bill Dowling, duel for high notes - We're not sure how to explain this...  Dan, uh, plays the air compressor.  Bill plays lead on the "Cabaret" road show and was taking delivery of his new gold plated 2000LT B-flat trumpet.  Bill lives in Manhattan, when not on tour.	Client Dan Harrington in the shop checking out what was the beginnings of his new classic cornet.  Dan lives just up the road from us in Puyallup, Washington.
Dean Comley with new client Yoshio Nishi in the mouthpiece room.  Yoshio was fun to have in the shop for his two day visit.  Yoshio is from Tokyo, Japan.	Our favorite guy in the whole world, Ben McDonald.  Ben plays a AJNA II B-flat and a C937 and has been a friend and client since the Chicago days.  Ben lives in Olympia, Washington.  Left to right:  Jeff Snyder, Dean Willoughby, Ben, Dean Comley, Dave, and Dan Haswell.	When our clients Levis Dragulin and Clark Rust traveled with the Portland Youth Philharmonic to Australia, they decided to send us a message - in the sand... Thanks, guys! Both Levis and Clark use B993 trumpets and reside here in Portland, Oregon.
Client Keith Scranton holds his 149XL trumpet after a concert with the Glacier Youth Orchestra in Kalispell, Montana.  Keith is principal trumpet.  Keith's dad, Dana, is also a Monette client.	Dave with client Jeff Rappold this past summer.  Jeff is from Lancaster, New York.  He visited to get his horn adjusted and check out the sites in Portland.	Client Dan Duncan with his collection of Monette mouthpieces in various horns.  Dan is a freelance trumpeter from Boston.
