Mouthpieces for BBb/CC Tuba Mouthpieces

All tuba mouthpieces are made with the Prana internal configuration.
 
Two Weight Options:
  • Standard Weight - For the most robust sound, best stability, and easiest projection
  • Lightweight - For a slightly brighter sound and a lighter feel
 
Sizes, listed from smaller to larger:
  • Tuba 95 - A smaller/shallower option, semi-round rim
  • Tuba 97 - Between the classic 94 size and the smaller 95
  • Tuba 94 - Classic Helleberg size, somewhat flat rim
  • Tuba 99 - Shallower verison of the large 98 cup. Same rim as the 94.
  • Tuba 98 - Large cup for a greater depth of sound. Same rim as the 94.
  • Tuba 7 - Slightly larger than the 94, with a medium-round rim contour

  • Monette mouthpieces are made-to-order and usually will not be available as ready-made stock. Tuba mouthpieces usually can only be made approximately once per year and are likely to involve a significantly longer wait time than a trumpet mouthpiece. The exact wait time is unpredictable, as it is affected by many variables. The standard estimated wait to have a tuba mouthpiece made is approximately 6-12 months.
